Mince Bake with Duchesse Potatoes

Ingredients

For the mash:
1/2 kilo potatoes
50 ml cream
2 egg yolks
salt & peppar

For the mince:
Butter
1 small Brown onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
550g beef Mince
2 tbsp tomato puree 
1 cup creme fraiche
2 tbsp concentrated beef stock
1 tbsp chilli sauce or sambal oelek
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
salt & peppar

Instructions

1. Turn oven to 225 degrees.
2. Boil potatoes.
3. Fry the copied onions in butter, add mince and get until cooked. Add tomato puree, creme fraiche, stock, chili sauce and spices and simmer for a few minutes.
4. Drain the boiled paps when cooked, mash and add cream, egg yolks and spices.
5. Add mash to piping bag and distribute along the edges of a round baking dish or oven safe frying pan, poor Mince mixture in the middle, top with cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
6. Serve with a nice green salad
