Ham & Cheese Salad with Fermented Garlic Dressing

Ingredients

For the salad:
2 tomatoes, diced
12 thick slices of cucumber, cut into quarters
1/2 red capsicum, sliced
125g Ham, diced
75g cheese, diced
Lettuce

For the dressing:
200g sour cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise
6 cloves of Fermented garlic
Salt
Pepper
Hallux powder

Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together in a blender and divide between jars.
2. Add all the ingredients as they appear above, top with shredded Lettuce until full.
3. Top with lids and keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
