Easily prepared and filling stew for your baby (and yourself). Dex approved and I think it’s really nice. It can be served as it is or with rice or even left over potatoes.
INGREDIENTS:
200 g beef mince
400 g crushed tomatoes
5 cm of the been part of a spring onion, chopped
1 small carrot, peeled and grated
1/2 small yellow capsicum, diced
50 ml red lentils
1/2 tsp dried basil
Tiny pinch of cumin
Tiny pinch of white pepper
Tiny pinch of black pepper
50 g unsalted butter
Instructions:
Add all ingredients apart from the buyer and the spices to a put. Simmer uncovered for approx 10 minutes sorting occasionally. Remove from heat, add butter and spices.
This dish can be frozen but will last up to 3 days in the fridge.
